⚙Data-saver measures

Nothing is restricted by default — streaming and social stay open. These are optional per-VLAN measures (Velfærd / Vip) for when the Starlink plan runs low — Drift (ops) is always protected.
Each measure maps to a ready-made rule on the Peplink Balance 20X (Content Blocking · Bandwidth Control · QoS) — nothing new is inserted into the connection. They can run automatically at a chosen % of the plan via InControl, or be flipped by hand. Reversible in one tap.

The app sits beside the network — it reads from the Peplink Balance 20X via InControl (WAN usage, clients, VLANs) and flips rules the router already supports (Content Blocking · Bandwidth Control · QoS). It is not in the traffic path: switch it off and internet, Starlink, 5G and all ship systems keep running unchanged.
